I totally agree that accessories are the best. They are often very useful in MOCs. It would be so great if these would be available at LEGO bricks and pieces, at least after some time.

Lets be serious here, it does not matter one bit. I can understand not supporting companies that straight up steal the designs for sets, especially sets currently available for retail, but these are just individual plates.

I think this was very cool seeing all of the series of collectible lego mini-figures in this guy's collection. I've collected all of the lego movie 2 mini-figures and a little bit of the current Disney collection as an incomplete collection and some of the current one collection. but for the lego movie 2 I've got like three bags and a small priority flat rate postal box filled with extras. I'm gonna finish the current one they have out before they go away. but I'm only collecting the ones that interest me. it's just me. plus I have fun doing it.

I also think, looking at the robot minifigures that lego could really do with a lego island revival; it has so much potential for a franchise beyond those past 3 games and (2 sets? I think?). Imagine a new wave of bricksterbots, the brickster being say a guy who looked up to evil lord buisness and the whole lego island could be just off from the lego movie city. Throw in a tv series for lego island and you've got an amazing potential franchise. It can even be an excuse to revive older sets without needing to fully do it and if a tv series gets made, well; who wants to see rock raiders or johnny thunder animated? :D
