hiiii! may i ask what's the difference between the 11 and 12? and which one do you prefer specifically? because i've been thinking to change my phone but 11 & 12 is confusing me, bc i really like 12's design but 11's battery capasity is much better than 12's 😭😭

There is no real difference between the two in comparison. The iPhone 11 is very similar to the iPhone 12. The iPhone 12 is much more expensive, and since the iPhone 13 released very recently, the iPhone 11’s price has reduced. I would prefer the iPhone 11 if you are interested in some minor similar features opposed to the iPhone 12; especially for the price if you are on a little tight budget for a phone. It is your choice, though.
