it's okay for foreigners to enter the mosque, but they must dress politely and ask permission from the mosque management, In Jakarta there is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia, namely the Istiqlal mosque and every day many tourists come to see inside the mosque and there are guides who explain , The Islamic center (the yellow mosque you pass) is a great place to visit

It is possible to enter the mosque for everyone. No worries Janine :) Usually they have clothes to cover your body part not only hijab. We are tolerant nation and do not be scared :) It is free of charge (Gratis) to enter the mosque. Everyone must take off the shoes or sandals to enter it. I hope you gain good experience where ever you are. Cheers :)

it's normal for Indonesian to give each other, rejection is not that rude if you say it nicely, but some of us maybe insist to give just because we love to share, a bunch of rambutan is not a lot if it's in the season because it grows almost everywhere, sometimes we sell it in a very very low price, like 500k (around 35 usd) for the whole tree of rambutan. lombok people are so nice, I went there last October, it was my first time and as Indonesian (I'm Javanese btw) I'm so proud of their hospitality.

17:24 That'ts not rude at all. Its OK if you want to come to mosque, you just need to ask for permission to them. Sometimes it is allowed even though you're not wearing hijab, because not all moslems wearing hijab, sometimes they wear hijab only in praying moments.

No! Don't do this suggestion in Lombok! The only official mosque that can be visited by non Muslim tourist is the biggest one you showed in the beginning of your video, the Islamic Center! They provide you with a hijab, sarong, and even special person act as a tour guide.

It is normal to give fruits to newly met people. He is happy if you accept the fruits, You may go to visit the mosque, but make sure that you meet with the security staff first. They will give you a proper dress and guide you to see inside the Grand Mosque Hizbul Wathan.

7:50 usually, there is big wave in January to March, in southern region of Indonesia, especially in Flores Sea 13:34 silver cotton 19:24 it is normal to receive gifts from residents in a village. no need to feel guilty if you think the gift is too much. because basically, the person who gives the item has already considered how much he can afford to give. Also, giving is a sign of appreciation, friendship from the giver.

what is normal : don't have to feel guilty, trust me the person who gave it to you will feel even more guilty if he can't give you more than one.. and that the truth!, and if someone give something to you, take it, if you don't like it give it still take it but give it to someone else when later.

In lombok they build manny mosk ,not only for praying , it's a shelter where people go to after a disaster , they endure many earthquakes storms and tsunami
