First rule of thumb in an clothing/textile business - keep food /drinks or pens away from what you are selling. Food and drinks should be banned just like we customers are never allowed to enter a garment store ( rightfully so) carrying takeaway food and drink. Even in our manufacturing units no workers are allowed to eat or drink inside the production area. These are very basic part of the system. Also I hope you are not selling on saris you actually wear....yesterday you wore a sari with selling price on but you decided to delete my comment. One thing we must realise… livelihood of some employees, no matter how small their compensation package ( salary, benefits etc ) is, depend on these stores. So, these businesses should do well! Arpi is working so hard… everyday doing a live saree selling show for 45 minutes or so… talking incessantly.. ignoring comments and good suggestions about her wrong English, pronunciation etc…. Just hoping for a saree or two to get sold! Not easy! People, who can visit big brand saree houses will never buy from this baby outfit for various reasons; but people who can’t visit a store, or live outside Kolkata will buy, and that should help to keep the store profitable. These are two different topics. No one criticised them for working hard to set up a business. However, there is something called positive criticism and customer feedback and customer satisfaction. Its blatantly obvious that people are taking this wearing a new saree with a grain of salt. Shame Shame shame !!! আগে কোনওদিন কিছু বলেনি কারন ভালো লাগতো পরিশ্রম টা দেখতে। কিন্তু যে শাড়ি টা বিক্রি করবে সেটা ঘন্টার পর ঘন্টা পড়ে থাকা ঠিক নয় সেটা পড়ে বাড়ি আসা কিছু খাওয়া কোনওটিই ঠিক না। শাড়ি অনেক কারনে আমরা নিয়ে থাকি বিশেষ করে পুজোতে আমরা নতুন শাড়ি সাধারণত ভেঙে থাকি। অনেক ই চা বিস্কুট খাওয়া বা পড়া শাড়ি আমরা পরিনা। কিছু মূল্যবোধ থেকে এথিক্স মানা উচিত। লাইভ করছো তখন ডেমো হিসেবে পড়ে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে চেঞ্জ করে অন্য কাজ করো না হলে সেল করো না। আমি ই ভেবেছিলেন পুজোতে শপিং করতে যাবো। সত্যি ই আর যাবো না। ঠকাতেই পারো কিন্তু ওপরওয়ালাকে ঠকাতে পারবে তো। এটা শুধু ভুল তা নয় অন্যায়। আজকে কমেন্ট চোখে পড়লে হয়তো উপলব্ধি করতে পারবে। অন ক্যামেরা সরি বলে নিও আর এই অন্যায় গুলো করোনা। এতো কষ্ট করে সব কিছু যখন গড়ে তুলছো অন্যায় গুলো করে কালি লাগিয়ে ফেলো না ​অনেকে শপিং মলের কথা বলবে। কিন্তু ওখানে ট্যায়েলের পর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ডিসকাট ও করে দেওয়া হয়।কেউ খাইনা ঘোরে না। আমি শাড়ির দাম নিয়ে কোনও প্রতিবাদ করছিনা। আজও করছিনা আগেও করিনি। বাজারে ৫০০ টাকার ও একটা খাদি বা জামদানি বা সিল্ক আছে আবার ১০০০০ হাজার টাকার ও খাদি বা জামদানি বা সিল্ক আছে। কোয়ালিটি ডিফারেন্স আছে। শাড়ি যারা কেনে সেটা তারা আরও ভালো ভাবেই জানে। বর্তমানে দিনে কেউ এত্তো টা বোকা না ১০০০ টাকার জিনিস ৫০০০ টাকা দিয়ে কিনবে। প্রত্যেকের ব্যাবসা র নিজস্ব কিছু গোলস থাকে যে তারা কোন কোয়ালিটি নিয়ে কাজ করবে কোন রেঞ্জের কাষ্টমার নিয়ে কাজ করবে। প্রত্যেক ব্যাবসা র নিজস্ব ধরন আছে নিজেদের কাছে। আমি এখানে কিছু এথিক্স নিয়ে কথা তুলেছি। যেটা অন্যায় সেটা অন্যায়।
