1sr of all stop bottle feeding. No need for honey nipple. Start katori spoon feeding and direct breastfeeding. This will help to increase baby weight and prevent from many more infection.

This is physiological colic pain. Start swaddle. Always burp your baby after breastfeeding. You can give anticolic medicine under supervision of Pediatrician.
