This is maybe one of my favourite Vlogs so far. Really love this randomness, it felt really natural. I personally enjoy vlogs like this much more than these supercar/yacht/helicopter vlogs. Maybe I'm just weird haha. Also I really loved the colorgrade/look of this one, it felt like Benni changed something in the setup, it looked so crisp and good!

Compound movements are more important than just doing legs. Quit the leg press and start squatting. Leg press is just burning through your glucose, not letting you get the most out your squat. Literally the only people that leg press are pro body builders trying to build individual parts of their leg. Bench, squat, deadlift, etc should be your priorities if you want to burn fat.

Do not want to that guy, but he has a point. For building muscle you can never go wrong with the big 3 - Bench, Squat, and Deadlift. They should be the cornerstones of every workout program.

Totally with Connor and Julian on this one :) If you are healthy and able to squat, you should squat :D Also heavy deadlifts are really nice. It will be slightly harder to manage fatigue going to the gym 7 days a week though :D

@connor compounds are more important yes, both for building muscles and burning them calories. however, didnt jon break his back or something a few years back or something? maybe some injury from his athlete years are preventing him from doing them properly. who knows. either way this isnt a gym channel, hardly matters if its hobby training. tho didnt they front squat in some other video?

Gym Vlog: Start with your PT's goals and what they have set for you, and how these goals are going to help you out (eg. 100000 pushups = Increase your pectoral muscles as you wanted upper body strength).
