I think we need to invent more words to describe Jannik. He’s utterly brilliant. It’s his build that gets me. I also think it’s great for tennis that Novak can bow out with pride with Jannik and Carlos to take the reins, along with a number of other players. Jannik failed to make it clear to his team and keep clean after the first test. He probably didn’t try to cheat, but his lack of awareness is enough to show that he does not deserve to stay in play. Rules are rules, after all, and if they have exceptions to certain players, it will ruin the integrity of new players to come.

@@billiey36 Sinner is innocent, so many clowns pretending that he’s winning while on “drugs”, when he has remained clean ever since the investigation concluded. So many people treat the world if it were white or black. Ban or allow. However, in Sinner’s case, it was just a set of circumstances that unfortunately happened to him. He never voluntarily took steroids, but he took responsibility, fired his massage therapist, and has remained a champion since then. I hope this young man will continue his reign on tennis. It is more than deserved, because despite the hate and criticism (Kyrgios, I’m looking at you 👀), he still was able to remain number 1. I doubt many tennis players could achieve this without mental issues.

He knew he was clean, he knew he didn’t cheat, so despite the hate he still remained the champion he was. And most shocking of all was how he was able to keep his utmost respect to his opponents and sportsmanship, even when some of them had said/supported statements against him. I hope more players could be as humble and kind as him
