I have a Janome 15000. In fact I two of them. I really thought that were my dream embroidery machines. I have had nothing but problems with them. I don’t know how many embroidery bobbin holders I have bought and that still do not work right. Have had both in to be repaired several times. I wish I could get some answers

You can print just about anything with this machine. I have it and I love it! It prints in different fonts choosing from the menu on the monitor also.

Help. The needle will no longer go into embroidery bar hole. I’ve tried replacing the needle along with remove the embroidery bar clamp and replacing it. The needle still goes to the left of the hold. Which in turn is not creating the selected designs.

Hallo, i have a MC 500, about one week old, the machine is stop ( turn off ) after working for about 3-4 hours, i have to unplug the the power cable and wait for 15-20 minutes before i can start it again, is that normal or something wrong with my machine? thank you very much.

just wondering if you could help, my janome is stuck on a warning sign, beneath it, it says raise the needle bar slowly, but no matter what I do nothing makes it go onto the display screen. I haven't oiled it yet though since ive had it, bad me I know. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, sorry if I am much too late but this is a normal warning sign, all you have to do is simply turn the circular white wheel on the side and it will function back to normal.

Nosotros no somos "gringos." La palabra 'gringo' es una malpronunciadamiento de la palabra 'griego' (la cual llego a ser durante el periodo historica cuando Texas estaba una parte de Mexico). Los estadounidenses llegaron a Mexico, y los Mexicanos nos llamaban griegos; griego significaba extranjero. Los estdounidenses pronunciaban mal la palabra 'griego' como 'gringo'. Desculpame por no tener una computadora espanol....soy estadounidense.
