JANSAROKAR 27th JANUARY 2015 RESHI TOURISM KALIMPONG

Reshi is a beautiful place situated near Pedong in Kalimpong. Mr Sebastian Pradhan started rural/eco-tourism in the area to develop the place without disturbing nature. The place now has become a popular spot for foreign and Indian tourist. We will present the story of a small riverside place transforming into a major tourist hot spot.

Visited the place during the year 2014 with our office colleagues (NABARD, Sikkim Region Office) and stayed in Sebastian Dajus Homestay. I am from Kalimpong, and our office colleagues were from Siliguri, Patna, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Thakurjang, Bihar... One of the favourite weekend gateaway for our NABARD staff from Gangtok. Missing it from Mumbai... Will surely visit when I am back home after the pandemic. Was a great experience and unforgetable moments spent at Sebastain Daju's Home stay, he is a very good and a gentleman and very knowledgable and resourceful person too. must visit for nature lovers...
