I wished I worked this fast. I think this is about three hours condensed down to 3.5 minutes. Enjoy!

@@Jantze I really like your line quality - I see that's a brush pen? What kind do you use? Also I love watch other people's process from pencil to ink to coloring in PhotoShop. I like those small color shifts you do for highlighting and stuff - it's those little things that really add a finishing touch! I have been too lazy with my coloring and maybe I should start taking a little more time too.

Hi Michael, As I told you before: I don't know what impressed me the most, the fact that you do this besides so many different other styles, that your handwriting is so slick or that you can draw lines that straight without a ruler. I love it!

I'll try it this week, if I'm not too shy...nothing weirder than hearing yourself talk.

Could you one day do one where you're drawing real time with narration, maybe one with just pencils and then one with just inks?
@Jantze3 жыл бұрын
I have now done this! You can find it on my Instagram TV page. There's about 50+ of them! Let me know what you think!

I'll give it a try, Kris!

Hi I love this! I was wondering what’s the process of keeping the inked lines and then going to color in digitally? Are you keeping a scanned copy and filling in carefully to do go over scanned lines or do you go over the inker lines in black digitally? Thanks for the video!

@@Jantze Some syndicated cartoonist that had about 100 newspapers gave it up to do children's books. So, each artist has his likes and dislikes of what they want to do for a living. I could never do a day to day strip. I like doing magazine cartoons when I feel like it, which is about 100 'toons a year. I have a regular job that pays decent and allows me the freedom..
