Thank you, Ken, for your daily teachings! This one really struck home b/c I was at a conference this weekend that turned out to be where the teachers claimed that literally every illness you get & bad choice you make is b/c you have a bad spirit within you that needs acknowledged & removed (via their 8 step program, of course). They use scripture to back it up, but I found it odd that never does Jesus mention 8 steps(that all begin with R, oddly enough) to be healed, or any of that! I believe what they were teaching to be false doctrine. Would you agree? And at the VERY end of the conference, they also said some weren't claiming & receiving the FULL measure of the Holy Spirit, and to come forward so they can "put it in you". WHAT??No, thank you. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

Wow, thanks for sharing. Definitely sounds like unbiblical teachings. Glad you said no thanks to it! 🙌🏻😅 Do you mind sharing who put on the conference? 3 of my favorite discernment youtube channels are The Messed Up Church, Long for Truth & Dawn Hill. As an ex-new ager myself who came to Christ 6 years ago (when I heard Doreen Virtue, a big new age teacher renounce it all & proclaim Jesus), these channels, along with Pastor Ken!, have helped me steer clear of a lot of the false teachings out there. God bless. 🫶🏻

Ok but really why don’t Christians worship on Saturday? I’m not an Adventist or anything, they’ve got some strange ideas, but their argument seems solid on the sabbath. If there isn’t a biblical command to change the sabbath, why is it Sunday now?

Idk if yr near the church but I'm sure a pastor would love to explain that if yr able to go in after a service or something. I understand that there are a lot of Jewish laws that were fulfilled at the cross that some churches today try to reestablish. As Sunday is the day we recognize Jesus raising from the dead, I think that's one reason Sunday is the most common day for worship but maybe ask at church cuz idk that much about it. God bless!
