As an old goalie I've been doing this for years. I also don't use a toes strap. It does make a huge difference in my ankles and knees.

Always great videos- would the Bauer compression fit undergarment with padded knee , approx 1/4 inch high, do the same adjustment? I currently wear knee sleeves , like Tensor 1/4 inch thick then the Bauer Pro knee pads overtop
