if your being fr and really want to improve read this: the best part for me is Pain cuz it means i worked hard enough to grow my bi chest tri lat etc here is a tip dont do 5 sets thats a waste of time , instead do 2 sets till failure on a weight thats pretty heavy for you and you will progress like crazy and if you wanna be like those models do weighted squats and abs workouts and a great tip if you want ur abs to grow faster treat them like any muscle by using weight for example the lat machine you can use it for abs by sitting on ur knees and pulling down like crunching i know this vid is about being relatable but im giving a tip for those who wanna work on themselves😌
