I'm not much into the traditional Valentine's with the pink and red, but I can always change the colors a bit (I prefer black and reds or purples). Thank you for all you shared. We had a huge Christmas Eve Party at my Son’s home. So many kiddos, adults, reindeer games and opened the gifts Santa brought the next day. It took until 2pm to get all of the Baby’s gifts opened. Then, oh then, one at a time we all got sick. We had to delay New Year’s Day Dinner until later in the week while everyone tries to get over the flu or strep. Tomorrow will be the day. New Us, New Day, New Year! My word for the year is CALM, trying to avoid hype and drama. Hoping you have a wonderful year. 🎉

My 2025 word is Onward Onward: A new beginning won't always feel like a giant leap that happened overnight. There are times when moving onward looks like entering a new space where everything is practically a blank page, but then there are other times when we carry pieces of the past with us. Love spending time with you ladies. My favorite thing to do at Christmas is to spend time with my children now that they are grown and have moved far away. I do understand how hard it is not to be able to spend time with your young children at Christmas. I have experienced that firsthand and my heart goes out to you. Thank you for the great floss tube. Decided to go to Florida and out of the cold Minnesota weather and do something for “us” for a change. Christmas being my favorite holiday (I do it BIG) we told our kids to venture here as they all live in warmer climates, nobody came so we did not celebrate and watched Hallmark movies to keep it somewhat Christmassy. Realization is I love Christmas and family and my kids can do without. Loving Valentines Day stitches so moving forward to feeling some Love 💗 💕

It was different but we had our gift opening the Saturday before as we spend lots of time visiting my brother who is in hospice. Thus the struggle with finding a word for 2025. My word of the year is Focus. At the end of November, my husband and I lost our jobs. At the beginning of October, the doctors found a spot in my right breast during my annual mammogram. After more testing, I am set to have a surgical biopsy on Friday the 10th. Therefore, I am focusing on my health first, then trying to find a job. I know that God has a plan for me and I will trust in Him. I love your new designs and I understand about Christmas being a little different this year. Hang in there girls, it gets easier. 😘❤
