Maybe go your normal trip with exodus once a year and get a small city break 😊 this way you can still do 2 trips in a year but not so much pressure on you ❤

Great idea Cris thank you!! I think that might be way more feasible! X

I came to say this, also….. just getting out for a walk in the fresh air will help. Good for physical and mental health…. And a good opportunity to listen to a podcast/audiobook etc.

I also came to say this! Great minds. I do a "nice" hotel overnight stay, fancy breakfast in the countryside with a good pool once a qtr, to relax recharge and see a different bit of the country. I've used the rest that I would put towards a big trip to finding new hobbies/exercise classes to boost mental health, working so far. Good luck Iris! Whatever you choose to do.... ❤

I also came here to say this! One big trip and one small trip to a Europe city.. we love Corfu for a cheap hot holiday, the island is so small that you can rent a car and go wherever you want on the island (and fuel is SO cheap)

@@chantsmysta never been to corfu but I start doing the Greek islands now I may even take your advice now and go there 😉💗

Hi lovely great video, I remember getting the colour wow for my hair as I have very fine hair and honestly don't thing it's worth it. I have tried so many things for my hair and have realised it's all about what you eat. I still remember my mother oiling my hair when I was younger and it was always so beautiful until I went wild with it 😂🩷

Regarding health, my experience was that I worked three jobs (working from home) nearly 14- 15 hours a day every day. I barely had any sleep because all the stress was keeping me up at night But I had time for wine (what's life without wine) and ordering takeaway all the time to a point where I think it may have been too much. Anyway, I ballooned to over 200lbs (not sure what it is in stone but I am sure it is a lot). My son was scolding me for gaining all the weight. So he suggested a food delivery service that provides healthy prepared meals and juices. Did that for about 2 months stopped the wine, drank more water (about 1.5 liters a day), and lost over 20lbs. I was working hard so that I could increase my savings and pay off my debt. Now I cook more at home and continue drinking 1.5 liters of water a day. Wine is still in my life but only when going out to a good dinner (which is budgeted for of course). Still on my debt-free journey just not putting so much stress on myself. My health is more important.

I love watching Holy Guacamole come together! I definitely miss Infinity. And I've been vicariously stressed about Turkiye! I agree with one big trip and more short trips. 💜💜💜

I think 1 big trip and 1 smaller trip would still be great but not as demanding on the finances xx

I would only use clarifying shampoo on clients when the elderly have weekly sets and 500 pounds of hairspray in their hair. Its good for dancers etc like LOTS of build up. If you need more of a deeper clean to your hair just add some bicarb soda to your shampoo.
@Holly02141Күн бұрын
On the travel situation you could maybe do you 1 exodus trip then 1 city break like a Berlin for example. So your still getting a break but not as much stress on the lead up xx

Hey Iris great video ❤ in terms of shampoo and conditioner I love kerastase especially the blonde absolute. Redken all soft and acidic bonding are also beautiful ranges to take care of your hair. I use clarifying shampoo twice a month max to clear any product build up etc 😊

Great video as always 🩷 and I totally get what you mean about working all hours then doing extra … I need to get better as it to buy you need to take care of yourself 🩷 Then in regards to your lovely holidays doing one a year and then maybe instead of working so hard like you said you could do two trips in every three or four year (or whatever works for you) so gives you longer to save and you still get to do the excitement of two trips and travel every now and then xx

Perimenopause (which can start as early as 35) has a lot to answer for for woman our age. We blame other things for our haggard look and it’s the change of hormones and vitamin deficiencies as we are approaching menopause. Ask for blood tests to see if you need extra vitamins and see if there is a change in hormones xx

Hey Iris, great to have a video mid week. I always have a laugh when you say 'One Spanner' and just think of the insult 'ya spanner'. Should defo not do a big mad trip, OR you could do it and just no go through Exodus! I swear you could book the same for 1/3 if not more less! Finally Errol, she gave you a proper feeing today!

Hiya Iris. Fab video as always. One big one and maybe a smaller road trip type holiday. There are probably so many places of interest in uk that will still satisfy your travelling bug . Even city breaks. Some bargains to be had. Keep smiling 🌸🌸

Yes, do not stress yourself out over travel, but I know the feeling as I am sacrificing a lot of things to get my debt gone by July of this year. Great cash stuffing as always. 💞

Maybe try the one major trip next year, see if it satisfies the travelling urge. If not, maybe alternate 1 to 2 per year?

Hello Iris. I get you ...totally. Try one 2/3 week Global trotting.....one 4 night European....Italy France Austria etc....and two British long weekends. So a £5 K a £1K and two £250 this will be far less stressful....may I suggest one of the Brit sessions to be spa weekend?

Yes i agree health before anything. Travel is amazing . Maybe book 1 amazing trip a year and then just save for a last minute cancellatiom based on what you have comfortably saved. If you dont save enough for a second trip then any money you have saved can just go at a slower pace. Does that even make sense?😂

I'd check if that 50p is worth smth! I found 2 just today that both are worth £10- £200 for both of them! It was a brilliant day I'll say lol

I wondered if you saved up to do 2 trips every other year? so this year you do 2 then next year do 1 then year after 2, etc? and the year that you are doing 1 trip put money aside for travel even if you don't have a trip planned yet. Just a thought. I realized after this past year I can't do 1 trip a year, so I am trying every other year. I wish I could travel full time and work part time lol

I'm not a dermatologist, (but I WILL soon be a pathologist), but I can tell you from my medical and nutritional therapy training as well as a dermatology rotation that the most powerful thing you can do for hair growth is nutritional, not something you put on top of your hairs/scalp. Things like making soup from homemade ~5 hr chicken broth from chicken with bones and skin and chicken feet, animal fats which are great supplies of the specific proteins you want to make up the collagens, biotin, zinc, vitamin C, all the fat-soluble vitamins (D, E, K, A, hence the animal fats/proteins being important!), stress reduction, and SLEEP. Ah, yes you are getting onto it in the video now. The research shows THAT way more than some lipstick-on-a-pig hair product heh. I have a good recipe for the broth if you need it. lmk.

Maybe if you don't put your major beauty money to major beauty you could use it towards a holiday, it's all about what's most important to you isn't it? I agree though, a healthier lifestyle would be a deeper, long term change to your body and have far more impacts than a short term skin deep one if you know what I mean.

I was thinking as travel is your passion why don’t you do one trip one year and two trips the following and alternate? That way you have two years to save for your “extra” trip maybe?
