Unboxing the January 2022 Sew Sampler Sewing Subscription Box from ‪@FatQuarterShopTX‬ . This is a monthly sewing subscription box that typically features a pattern, some fabric, some notions, and a block of the month program (you bring the fabric - they give you the block pattern). The cost versus value of the box is typically pretty good. The box costs about $31.39, which includes shipping in the United States. Overall, the value typically ranges between $50 and $60 dollars and features products from well known designers.
To sign up for this box, you do have to pay a $0.99 one-time registration fee; but be warned - this monthly service is often wait-listed! If you see an opening and you've been thinking about getting one - my advice is to snag it without thinking twice! I have had several shipments over the past year not make it to me (not FQS, but other places). All of them have immediately replaced the shipment if possible - they follow up with the Post Office or UPS. Never hesitate to contact a company about a missing shipment!

FQS has excellent customer service. I preordered the Jolly Box .. I got an email a few days later saying there was a glitch and the system accidentally accepted preorders even tho there were no more left .. they gave me a $25 credit, which after seeing what was in the box, was a huge win! LOL!

It's great the Fat Quarter Shop replaced your box. They do have wonderful customer service. But I hope you don't let the post office off the hook. That box is somewhere and it is their job to handle it responsibly and deliver it to you. I hope you will follow up with them. Love your unboxings!

Not sure why you would hesitate to contact FQS. Why should you be out for something you paid for? Otherwise I would have been filing a claim with the shipper, which is what they might do. Replacing your box is the least they can do as a company. I couldn’t see them doing anything less. Nice looking collection and the quilt looks pretty.
