Rachel, You did an amazing amount of pages! So impressed. I love the fact that you have bookmarked your colored pages and written down what you used so you can quickly find the page and succinctly tell us the medium you used. I get so frustrated with “completed coloring pages” videos where people haven’t done either of these things and they spend so much time searching for their completed pages and waffling on for several minutes about what they might or might not have used. You give us the necessary details in a great straight forward manner and don’t take an hour to do it! Yay so it's not just me who struggles with the paper in the Millie Marotta books. I have four or five and the paper varies so much. Wildlife Wonder I find is almost shiny and isn't fun to work with. My other MM books are a bit less shiny, and now I have Wild Savannah which has paper that's much better and actually has a bit of texture. What a relief because i like her artwork! Anyway you're the first person I've heard who is also having a problem so it's a bit of a relief 😅

Regarding your blue pen mishap... I would take that same pen and purposefully turn that blotch into a puddle of water, then add more water drops and dots around as well. It's almost always better to try to go with it than take it off.

On the autumn themed page in small victories, the deep red flowers on the bottom left.. do you recall what pencils you used? That is a lovely red combination. I know you said Derwent but there are a lot of Derwent...

My Derwent pencil case has a big mix of types (chromaflow, drawing, colorsoft, lightfast etc) so I couldn't be sure which of those it was but I think it may have been the Ruby Earth and/or the Venetian red I am not completely sure though! It could have been the merlot!

Wow all your pages are beautiful. I keep thinking those colour cube cards are a good idea, especially as I don't know what colours to use and which colours go together. But those cubes are so expensive 😫

Thank you. They are very expensive. You can find colour palettes online, particularly on Pinterest and they are free, so you could have a go with those.

The double page from Rita's book where you use the polychromos and they were lots of leaves with animals within it. I'm wondering what green that is in a leaves? Loving this book. Wish I had it❤

thank you, I occasionally use water based markers but I rarely colour using the one alcohol marker I have! I much prefer pencils!

RACHEL WHICH COLOURING BOOK ARE FROM THE BEST MATERIAL/PAPER

It can be difficult to say because papers do vary depending on what country you buy the book. However, I personally like Hanna Karlzons paper a lot, but Maria Trolle, Johanna Basford and Rita Berman all have good paper in my opinion.
