Clarifying Love: Unconditional vs. Conditional The love being spoken of here is unconditional love, rooted in the heart (chakra). It is pure, non-judgmental, and freely given without expecting anything in return. This is the essence of love in the 5D human collective-where conditions simply cannot exist. To give or share this love means to do so without attaching any "if" or "only when" statements. It flows naturally, uplifting both the giver and the receiver. On the other hand, conditional love-which belongs to the old paradigm-is rooted in judgment, labeling things as "good" or "bad." This type of love comes with expectations or demands and is exhausting to maintain. If you try to give love conditionally in the new 5D space, you’ll feel drained almost immediately because the energy no longer supports such an approach. The shift into 5D invites all of us to embrace the freedom and abundance of unconditional love, allowing it to flow effortlessly and endlessly ... to everything.

I went to the mountains on a whim this morning and did several releasing exercises. Lovely 🌞 tried to smile or say hello to everyone who passed. I’m getting over a 15 year relationship with the last text on the 31st. Soooo much to let go of and start over. I was born loving and inclusive in my nature, just days after the collective blossomed at the Woodstock Music Festival in 1969. In the 50+ yrs since then, I picked myself up and brushed myself off many, many times - confused by the ugliness often around me.
