I have lots of cat hair stitched into my projects, especially from my late cat Simon (who looked just like your Garfield) who always had to sit on my lap while I stitched.

Cat fur is considered a specialty thread! I have three long-haired cats so they are a part of all my projects! The Outlander books are much much better than the tv show.

Since you're feeling soar after working with the horses, and you're into natural remedies, you should try Arnica Montana and magnesium oil. The Arnica is derived from a flower. It is for stains, sprains, and bruises. It's absolutely amazing. The magnesium oil is for aches and pains. Magnesium oil is like a magical elixir. It can take away pains within seconds to a minute . The only warning I have about magnesium oil is not to use it, on abraded skin, open wounds, or get it into your eyes. It will sting like the Dickinsons. I hope this helps you.😊

WOW Holly, everything is happening 🎉🤪. I'd check I'd got all the supplies in place as I think the horse supplement is going to hit the road running. Once the word goes round it's going to fly. You got a lot of stitching done It all looks wonderful so far with being so busy and that. Love the Arena makes one want to roll around on the ground the horses will love it. The food supplement looks great I thought I would try turmeric for my acid problem. No wine for me not by choice just the way it is so all I can say is have the bottle and enjoy it you have earned it. You are going to be very busy but look at what you have achieved congratulations you are FABULOUS. My dog here is looking my attention animals can be funny at times.

I’m so excited about your stitching and product! Antioxidants are fantastic at scavenging (grabbing) free radicals. These free radicals are bad for the body, as they are unpaired electrons. Left alone, they will go break down healthy parts of the cell. Free radicals are part of a normal process, but we don’t want them except when they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. You did a great job explaining, but I thought I’d add a little more that maybe could help ❤

Love your stitching! You are making great progress while being super busy. I found in the settings on my phone a section where i could set a 'sleep' period that silences all notifications. You can set certain phone numbers to still ring or message you incase theres an emergency, but i find it nice not hearing the pinging noises throughout the night or morning until the time i set it to. Theres also a few apps you can get - i think they are more productivity apps where you can set a time to be productive and not use your phone. They might help, too. I think they grow a little virtual garden or something equally cute during the time you are not on your phone. That way you can focus on your tasks without the interruptions, then go back and check/answer all your notifications in one hit. Looking forward to seeing your progress next month!

I've never attended and don't know anything about horses, but I know big money flows there during the 10 days.

Hi lovely, I can imagine! Arabians aren't my favourite breed in the world, but that is probably because they are a slightly smaller breed, and I am really tall, so need tall horses 🥰 there is serious money out here with horses absolutely!! Xx
