Hi Billy you should be ok to plant curly kale at the moment in fact any kale will be ok to plant were you are it don't mind the cold to much it will be slow this time of year to start off but will catch up ready to havest in the spring

How do manage to keep cabbage white butterflies off your cabbages, broccoli etc they're a nightmare... Do you cover the rows?

Hi to be honest we don't iv bilt a eco system here now that seems to work and we get minimal pest pressure don't get me wrong we are not pest free but we don't lose much each year

Hi yes we flood irrigate every 2 weeks in the weeks in the winter and every week in the summer

Hi Mary I'd say yes if you get then in now keep then in the warm till there big enough to go out (mid feb)
