Your calligraphy and watercolor paintings are so beautiful! You are such a talented artist. I like to draw and paint, but I need to make more time for it. My nature journal is basically what I observe whenever I think to write it down. Thanks for the good tips, and keep up the great work!

Another fascinating video 📹 I have always had an interest in the natural world, 🌳🍂 in a look out of the window, and watch the birds...🦅 kind of way. You have made me look around, while I am out and about, in a different way... see the trees, wild life, flowers...🌳🍂🌼🌸

Wow! Captivating is the word. And not just your lovely art but how unafraid you are at leaving things "empty" or "as is" on days when only the weather got noted. Or the entry about hearing a certain bird song. I have days like that too so why shouldn't I do a daily journal likewise? It's the 3rd day of August and it's a special month... thanks for the inspiration 🌱

Yes, observing is the first and most important part of nature journaling, even if it doesn’t seem like there is much to observe ✨ august is special for me too, it brings with it the expectation of autumn’s arrival :) and what a perfect time to start nature journaling, when nature herself is about to start offering an abundance of treasures 🍁🍂🍄
