❤📚 I work from home. Last year, I read the most books I have ever read. 100 challenge, and I reached 148. I read an hour in the morning and before bed. My first year on Libby, audio while I work helped (though I perfer physical books). I deleted my IG, but I'm on KZbin watching book content constantly! 😅 I did lower this year challenge to 80 books... yes, the pressure kept me going, going, going. I want to relax and enjoy it more. If your phone is an android, you can set a limit on your phone in settings of how much time per day you can be on each app. I started that, and it's been so helpful!

Yes! I love reading when it is one of the first things I do in the morning. A challenge I hit doing this is heavier subject matter books that may be triggering…I intentionally don’t read until later in the day.

Habit stacking is one of my favorites! I read on the treadmill or listen to audiobooks while going for a walk so I can do something I want (read) and something I should do( exercise) game changer

You can set a timer for your apps for the day! I do that for Instagram so my limit is 3 hours a day

Hilarious your comment on using less on Instagram and posting more. The challenge for limiting social media is real. Just like chocolate or fine wine, a little is good, too much can cause trouble. I am trying to limit when, no mornings and a timed amount at night. You are correct. It would be better to read a book than scroll for hours. Thank you for sharing. ❤

If you have an iPhone you can set a time limit for various apps like Instagram and then it will lock you out of that app once you reach that limit for each day

While I did really enjoy Foxglove, I already feel like it's going to be the weakest in the trilogy and was a weird in between with it setting up the next part of the story. I don't feel as strongly as I did when I initially read it but I am actually really excited for Wisteria because I'm hoping it will be much more solid! I'll try to change your mind if it turns out to be good 😂
