Thank you Marjan!! oh yes it's super easy you have to try it , between the puff pastries , I mixed 100 g sugar + 2 eggs+75g softbutter +140g almond powder and you putit in the middle , a bit of yoke on the top of the puff pastry which closes the galette and in the oven for 25minutes, very easy and perfect with a tea for tea time by this cold snowy weather :)
