Abike refused to answer a critical question from the reporter seun, the root cause of JAPA, let our government fix Nigeria to a manageable conducive environment, the JAPA syndrome will drastically reduce. Secondly without risk, there will be no venture.

Madam please talk about the main reason why majority of Nigerians consider to japa instead of staying in Nigeria. If the country is working, majority of Nigerians will relocate back home. Nigerian higher institutions provide a graduate every year, where are the job? So the advice I want to hear is not advicing Nigerians who are trying to make end met to look for job outside the country. But advice the government and everyone who are working with him to stop corruption and ensure the country is working. Then this japa syndrome will stop. The suffering in the country is nothing to write about. And the government seem all are working... So talk to the Nigeria government first... We need change please.

The woman may not have said all the things u need to hear, but she said yes she agrees that the country needs to improve to make life easier. She is not telling graduates without jobs not to migrate, she particularly talked about people who sold properties worth millions to japa only to go and be sleeping on the street. There are people who have jobs, good ones, but they resigned and japa. I agree with u that the govt needs to do well and provide jobs and make the economy good. But those developed countries cannot accommodate everybody from Nigeria and other struggling countries

@@sholz501 what is the benefit of property which is worthless and at the end will be sold at peanut out of frustration and the money will be used for survival on food in Nigeria.? You guys abandon the truth and talking about something else. People are selling their property to eat in Nigeria. What has the government done about that inorder to rescue and make life better for the poor masses? If selling and travel out is what anyone which to do.. there is nothing bad in it. It's all about destiny and luck. The main thing is what has the corrupted leaders do to stop the country suffering? The answer is nothing... They are there to enrich themselves

If you come to the west, the suffering here in Canada Is worse than Nigeria, because you are one paycheck away to becoming homeless in a cold country. for anyone planning to 'japa' to a new country, it's really important to prepare thoughtfully, research your destination thoroughly and not make hasty decisions like leaving your job or selling your property out of frustration. Many developed countries have specific job opportunities and skill shortages, which can be great for immigrants. it's inspiring to have faith and hope for a better future. However, combining this faith with practical steps like gaining relevant skills, education, and training that align with job specifications can really make a difference. It's about preparing yourself to seize opportunities while keeping your faith strong. This balanced approach can open doors and help you establish a fulfilling life in a new country.

I would say this. For selling your business or property to japa think twice. Please don't let the agents take you for mugu!. For those who want to seek asylum wishing best of luck because is going to be very hard except country like Canada. For those who want to just come with visiting visa and stay put is going to be very hard too! But with God all things are possible 🙏. For those coming to do odu or drugs it will end in regret and cry...I rest my case.

Be objective. There are kidnappings everywhere, go online and research the truth. We in Nigeria and Africa as a whole just like amplifying our countries negativities. Let's be real. Please go online and see how many Africans get killed daily in America, but you'll never hear anything about it on Africans on their social media because they want people back home to think they are in better place than the people the left back home.

Are Greener pastures really Greener pastures as some think? Is it really worth it to embark on a Japa journey and end up in a shelter? While Japa might be okay for some for many it's a lack of information that led to their Japa. It's Red out there in some of these countries not Green they projected it on social media. For Africans, it's bad leadership and a lack of proper research that is leading to this unholy exodus to the Western world. People really need to work on their mindset.

The fact is,if Nigerians living in Canadian shelters are comfortable here they won't be in Canada suffering. Is it not preferable to live in Canadian shelters provided you can get something done, than living in your father land and be suffering? Living in Nigeria as a ordinary man is terrible at the moment. Things are quite expensive,as many family can feed on good food because, it's too expensive to come by. Poor man is getting poorer at the moment even the rich are complaining terribly.
