Well it depends on your flight layover, you might not necessarily have t spend any money atall on food but as low as 100$ should be ok and as much as you want

No they didn’t, they only do that if you have a 24hrs or more layover

The hand luggage alone is 7kg, you’re allowed to carry a bag pack that isn’t so heavy also. Maybe it can have your computer and just a few things as far as it doesn’t weigh so much that would be too heavy for you to carry
