I'm from Seattle and have flown JAL PE to Tokyo via 777-300 and 787 and it was a great trip. I'm willing to fly to NYC to try out the a350's PE experience. Thanks for this video.

I love how you can get lounge access with a premium economy JAL ticket, at a number of airports in the US. I plan on taking a trip to Japan out of San Diego. Personally, I love JAL having flown economy, premium economy and business with them.

The most important point you don't mention . Does the seat slide forward or recline. Does the person in front recline their seat into your lap?

It’s basically a shell, which means that when you want to recline, your seat slides foward, which essentially allows for no disturbance to the person behind.
