私たち家族は佐渡島で自給自足の田舎暮らしをしています。こちらの動画では自宅で飼っていた鶏の「野良ボス」を絞めて、料理して食べる様子をお届けします。動画を一週間おきに配信していますので、今後も私たちの自給自足の田舎暮らしをお楽しみいただけると嬉しいです。

私は総合病院に18年勤めた元看護師です。看護師詰所の隣に今にも亡くなりそうな重症患者がいるのに、詰め所で大騒ぎして笑っているスタッフ達が嫌でした。もちろん隣の病室には筒抜けでした。まだ若かったので、私は先輩に注意する事もできませんでしたが、患者様に申し訳なく20年たった今でもその事が忘れられません。又、患者の病状が悪化してもわざと電話を取らない医者も多く、又暴言の数々も数えきれません。それを思うと今日の動画は生と死を真剣に考え、決断してもまだ悩み続け、これこそが心ある人間であり、あなた様ご夫婦の素晴らしさと、それを見て育つ子供たちが、親の言葉からではなく、目で見て耳で聞いて肌で感じたものから命の大切さや生きるとはどういう事が学ぶと思います。本当に素晴らしい子育てをされていますね。こんな素晴らしい授業が学べる学校はないと思います。毎回、多くの事を教えて頂いてありがとうございます🙇

子供の頃、実家で飼っていた鶏を父が絞めて食べたことがあります。あの頃は食べるために飼っているとしか思っていませんでした。 父が鶏を絞めるとき、ご主人さんのような思いをしていたのかは今となっては知りえませんが、一番世話をしていたのは父でしたので、あるいはそうだったのかもしれません。 ポポの突然の死は大変でしたね。でも、最後にご主人さんたちに巡り合えて、心安らかに暮らせていたと思います。 とても良い話でした。ありがとうございます。

We all have a purpose in life and maybe the purpose of you and your family is to show kindness, compassion and love. You did this with Popo, giving him a loving and peaceful place to spend the last of his time. With Stray Boss, you showed him that humans can be kind. You could have ran him off and he could have died in a horrible manner. Instead, you made sure his passing was gentle. On a farm, everything is used to feed our families, the crops we grow and the animals we take care of. If you end up with two bulls, one is used to increase the herd and the other to nourish your family. It’s the same with roosters, White Boss is kept for the hens and Stray Boss becomes the food that nourishes your children. Thank you for sharing your lives with us.

The pain in your chest shows you are truly a caring human being with a conscience. When I first moved to my farm one of our neighbors who is a Goat breeder said to me, "As long as you have animals no matter how much care and effort you take, you will have dead animals it is the quality of the life you give them right up until they die or you have to take their life that is important. " We must be both practical and caring to be a good farmer, you and your family are both. I often wonder in this modern life, where most people think their food comes from. 初めまして。自給自足生活に興味を持ち始めたばかりで登録させて頂きました。 命を頂くことの有り難さと葛藤、命の循環、人間も自然の一部だと言うことを日々身を持って体験していらっしゃるのですね。 こちらの動画を拝見して涙が出てきました。 しめたいわけじゃない。 食べたいわけでもない。 だけどやるしかない。 そこには野良ボスへの愛がひしひしと伝わってきました。 信頼と愛を育んできた野良ボスを野に放つなんてできるはずがないと思いました。 一度捨てられた野良ボスはきっと生きながらえるよりも、大好きなご主人達に最期まで愛されたまま自分の命を貰ってもらうことで、ご主人(やご家族)の一部となれることの方が嬉しいだろうと感じました。 以前よりも自然や命に感謝するようになりましたが、こちらの動画でもっと丁寧に感謝したいと感じました。 勇氣ある動画を配信してくださりありがとうございました。

きのう　お家を訪ね、お留守だったのでりんごをおいて行った時に、ぽぽちゃんがいなかっったので、あれ？とおもっていました。ぽぽちゃんが、そばまの海岸でこどもたちと歩いてくれたこと　　障害のある子どもたちと仲良しになってくれたこと　きのうのように鮮明に思い出します。悲しみをともにします。

This video was so beautiful and thoughtful, and I think you went through a very appropriate thought process for this subject matter. It's a flaw of mortal existence that, ultimately, we have to take life in order to sustain it: we must take life to eat and continue living; we must burn wildfires sometimes so that the vegetation has a better chance to survive; and we must sometimes defend against other lives to preserve our own. That doesn't make the taking of life easy, nor does it make it wrong -- it's just how life is. Feeling and experiencing all of life, even the painful parts, is a sacred work. Life is fragile and beautiful because of that fragility, and I think that if we nurture and appreciate it while it's here and make the most of things when it's gone, then we've done as holy a work as we possibly can in our state, and we've honored every part of it. I'm a new viewer, so I'm late to commenting on this video, but I feel just from this one alone that you and your family are very wise people, and that you've given all the due consideration, reverence, and mourning that every sentient being should when confronted with such a dilemma. Therefore, I think that you did this the best way possible; and as painful as it has been, that you did things Right.

養鶏する。卵を頂く。鶏肉を頂く。 ごくごく自然で当たり前の事であり、人間の生活の一部です。 スーパーで鶏肉を買うことは手軽で便利ですが、肉になるまでの過程を見ることなく省略しているから命への感謝という事を忘れがちになってしまいます。

Que pregunta más difícil que nos planteemos la vida, la verdad no lo tengo claro no del todo ,siento lo de popó yo pienso que todos tenemos nuestra hora de irnos solo espero que cuando me toque a mi sea rápida y tranquila, Yo en menos de tres años me quedé sin mis papás los dos se fueron primero mi mamá y el año pasado mi papá ya eran muy mayores mi papá tenía 90 años y mi mamá 87 no tan mayor pero tenía una enfermedad terrible la enfermedad del olvido la llamó yo ...alzheimer terrible mi mamá lo único que no olvidó fue su nombre, curioso Así que pienso que cuando una persona ya no es persona no quiero estar en este mundo cuándo mis recuerdos mi yo ya no existe para que quiero un cuerpo, La misma resistencia para mi es un milagro así que solo tenemos que vivirla con respeto y mucho amor❤ No le sienta mal comer animales por subsistencia yo pienso que no está mal

The animal must be sacrificed with a sharp knife in order to minimize the pain and it must be done quickly. The knife directly over the throat and windpipe of the animal and make the cut as precisely as possible, cutting off all the blood vessels but not the spinal cord itself. This causes the animal to die quickly and with minimal pain. # Cutting the spinal cord can damage the nerve fibers which can cause the animal to go into cardiac arrest, stagnating the blood. # All the blood needs to be drained from the body before the head of the animal is removed. This is to purify the animal’s body of any type of bacteria, toxins or germs that may reside in the blood of the animal, which can lead to different types of illnesses. # As a muslimm, The first step is to recite the name of Allah (SWT). We say 'Bismillah" (meaning in the name of Allah) before slaughtering animals.
