Make sure your clothes are stretched and spread out to help dry them! You can also use hangers for your shirts too, and make sure clothes, cloths, towels, etc are spaced a few centimetres apart for airflow.

This is very good, keep on fighting, I remember my first time struggling with the transport in Denmark... I went back and forth in the trains like 3--4 ended up getting lost. This happened to me multiple times xD Now I am able to take the public Transport without the struggles. But for you getting that bike, must've felt like a huge relief, so happy for ya :D

If you stop your bike and approach to help them, they may pretend to be severely injured and demand a large amount of money, and you have to give it to them there is no other choice.

No, that's a big misunderstanding. Your story is only a common phenomenon in "Chinese" society. That rarely happens in Japan (maybe you may hear that kind of crime once in 20 years there.)
