what month did you go? did you feel like there was a lot to do here? debating if me and my husband should go in october (20-26th) or if it may be too busy with people trying to see the autumn colors. i heard that the windy road you took can be full of traffic at peak times and can take 2+ hours

It was around mid October I believe. The colors are definitely incredible and yeah, the single lane road is really bad and congested. I was able to outpace the cars on my walk back. Start as early as you csn
