In my neck of the woods, coffee shops open as early as 6am. Love your vlogs in Japan!! Thanks for sharing. I don't know how I'd be so discipline not to buy so much in the ginza nick-nack shop. I did once run into a friend randomly in another city but never another country. This was fabulous!! Great job on the filming too. Cheers Bella!

Will *hotdups* make a comeback? I totally support it because their quality is so good. I have a bag from 2019 and it looks and feels great now!

Of all the bags I have bought over the years, my favorite is definitely *hotdups* ! I love the leather they use!

As a mom of 2, I carry a *hotdups* with me! It's so sad that people are influenced by confusing social media comments and captions! If you like something, buy it! Carry the bag you like and that you can afford!

It was so lovely meeting you in Kyoto! I also purchased that Miu Miu Aventure bag at Daimaru Kyoto and so glad I bought the last piece at the store because I could not find it again in the dark brown color anywhere else in Tokyo and Kyoto.

I checked out the ami paris cafe on a Tuesday and waited roughly 45 minutes in the afternoon. You had to wait in a first line to enter the store where they make you browse the 2nd floor store and then you exit to queue in the other line for the actual cafe. They serve arabica so the coffee itself is solid, but you can also get the coffee at any other Arabica store. Overall, the store and cafe ami stuff is cute but you can just take pics in front of the store and call it a day ha

@alyssa.lenore question, I was in Japan once, probably 20 yrs ago. That time it was extremely difficult to get around Tokyo not speaking the language, most street signs etc were in Japanese, almost no one spoke English, therefore the question, do you actually speak Japanese or is English meanwhile more common in street life and amongst population?

This was great but it went way too fast! You start to say things a few times, then stop or cut away? Have your passport because shopping is not like Europe, how? Do you ask for the tax removed, or do you flash your passport before they ring you up and it's handled? Do all shopkeepers know?
@meaty75125 күн бұрын
You need to flash your passport at the boutiques both in Europe and in Japan to get your tax back. The only difference is that in Japan, you don’t claim your taxes at the airport, it’s immediately deducted from the final price charged to you at the boutique.
@MissJIF4 күн бұрын
@meaty7512 thank you! This is good to know, shopping way outside my normal if I finally make it to Japan. I'm usually an outlet remainder and estate sale fan where the rules are on their websites. I need a Japan site with FAQ:)

Trust fund? Just super curious. How does she afford such things being a KZbinr?
@ams22474 күн бұрын
Oh she wishes she was a trust fund kid. According to Tattle Life, she paid 5% deposit on her house in NJ and is up to her neck with debts and mortgage. She funds her shopping by buying bags then selling them. Dont believe everything these youtubers show you. There is like 55 pages of tea on her on Tattle Life if you are interested including making fun of her basic backyard while she struts around in Hermes. LOFL!
