About getting work done at a coffee shop or any place that isn’t home… YES. BIG YES. I have a VERY difficult time getting work done at home during the day because so many things demand my attention there. It’s only when it’s late at night can I get work done when at home.

Coffee shops in Japan don't mind if you sit for hours? 😮

They don't as long as you give courtesy to the shop itself, just order anything and you can sit there for hours.
