There's one Indian vehicle I want to see in War Thunder one day, and it's the M-46 Catapult. It's a lengthened Vijayanta hull and is armed with the Russian 130mm M-46 field gun, and the Mk. II has STANAG ballistic protection.

First they give them the M735 which it never fired, now they try to fix the nerf to M735 by giving it DM23 which it never fired... Gaijin will do all possible things instead of giving it the Type 93 APFSDS. It's weird, because usually they keep a stance of not giving ammunitions which vehicles never fired.

It’s probably because they don’t want to pull the FPS (and by proxy the Type 16(P)) to the same br as the tech tree Type 16, because then what’s the point of grinding out either when there’s a premium version.

@@ceh6656 Tbh, i hope they dont give it type 93 just because it has a line up with the type 74g and you can bring the other 9.0s up to 9.3 a lot easier than you could if it was 9.7. Japan is such a rough grind around that BR id hope they keep the premium lineup the same

@@martras2237 Type 74G has the Type 93 shot, as well as other Type 74s which sit at 9.0. Not giving the Type 16 the Type 93 shot is just nonsense. Wheeled vehicles are inherently worse than tracked vehicles in this game, so having gen 3 thermals and Type 93 at 9.3 wouldn't be the end of days Gaijin thinks it would be.

Man I still remember the days when only one Type 16 existed and it was at 9.0. Those days are long gone though. So giving the Type 16(P) and the FPS a shell they didn’t use just to keep them a lower BR instead of just giving them the Type 93 shell is kinda iffy.

this change was much needed. Stock heatfs is one thing, being stuck with a dart that barely cuts it at this BR in a light wheelie sucked esp with the limited flanking routes with these maps. not to mention the reload time on the Type 16s are pretty rough. EDIT: I'd still rather use the Type 16 proper for the Type 93 shot though.

Only the flat penetration got nerfed. It has kept most of its angle penetration (and that is what matters anyway). The nerf is realistic because the round is quite short IRL and uses an old teardrop shaped tungsten carbide core which isn't the best. It's far from unusable tho.

The user just needs to use a link and login to their account (if they have an email linked to said account) then through the link ( link for your creator code) purchase what they want to buy. I have been using the sound mod, and I have to say, it is awesome, especially the autoloader on the Leclerc tanks. The M247 is bugged though. It seems like it doesn't make any sound at all and no tracers, so you die rather unexpectedly 😢

@@theallmightyego6756 You know the m60a1 tts which started testing in 1974 uses 774 so why does it use it? Yeah it was used up until the 90s but the xm series started the Abrams series. Also they both use the m68 cannon and the tts is a lower br with better thermals and better armor. The type 16 has similar armor, better mobility, and better thermals and is now using a round it never fielded

Real and true XM-1 with M735 is pure pain to play, but Type 16 FPS/P is very good now since new BR changes I have gotten 6 nukes in 4 days because you don't have to play full uptiers.

I still don't understand why type 16's tanks doesn't get modern ammo, it's a 2016 tank with an ammo used before 1990, at least give to the MCV n°3 and type 16 (FPS) DM 53 cause it was used in the 2000 .... And the type 16 receive DM 63 cause that's probably what it actually use

New dart for that platform is pretty huge. They were good vehicles, but that other dart was.....highly unreliable. Did it kill things? Yep! Usually one or 2 components and turned crew into Simpsons. Might have to play some of the FPS and Type 74 again. Kinda ditched the Japanese tree for the French mid-tier awesomness.

Gaijub is always one year too late. :D XM-1 needs the rework as well, it can't pen many things and makes it Rare to see vehicle. Also Type74s should more like fight T55s and be lower BR overall, but I understand their ''hate'' towards Japan making them worse than real counterparts and even higher BR, they don't have anything else to fill the tech tree and 3 sec armored fast vehicle such as Type10 IRL would be too broken for WT.

Meanwhile XM1 Players still stuck with the shitty M735 Round even tough its an MBT and we paid for that thing. Also some M60 Variants still are stuck with that same APDSFS round either as the final or the entry Shell to unlock. Either way it sucks. For example the US M60A1 Rise (P) or the CHinese M60s. Meanwhile Israeli M60 Full Garage are just simply skipping over the M735 and just go right to the DM23 aka DM111

The problem of playing Japanese 9.3 , and any 9.3 in general is that almost every nation has premium 50$ 10.3 tank, so you’ll practically never get a downtier
