Many different shops ahaha honestly do not remember but in Japan they have shops with cosmetics etc everywhere

I'm not Melissa but I live in Japan and you can definitely find the majority of these skincare and beauty items in almost every pharmacy or hardware shop... Items like those in the video are drugstore products and there are several of those on every corner, you wouldn't have any issues finding one next to where you're staying :) Hope it helps!
