Japan Loves Graffiti [2023] 🎨🎨🎨 Tokyo Kyoto Nara 🎨🎨🎨 Street STICKER Art

Wherever I travel, one of my main take-homes is a photo collection of the street art I notice. Each city has its own energy that comes out in what adorns its electrical boxes, street posts, etc. -- While this kind of criminal mischief is not rampant in Japan, there are lots of stickers that accumulate in certain lesser conspicuous areas between buildings, behind signs and in alleyways... 🎨🎨🎨

I've always considered sticker art like this to be a subcategory of overall graffiti. Wikipedia seems to agree (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sticker_art), although I suppose some people who are purists might consider only spray painting to be graffiti? I just now added the word "STICKER" to the video Title to manage expectations...

hahaha Well, at least some people like to make sticker graffiti, because you see a lot of it! But, to be fair, it is usually placed in "hidden" locations, such as in between buildings or higher than normal eye level, etc. It is not always "in your face" or placed in obnoxious locations. I think it's a creative way to express one's self! hahaha
