One of Japan's largest projects using the Park-PFI system, which will develop and renovate a park spanning approximately 1km from north to south, as well as install 24 store facilities, which will be operated and maintained along with the park. The store facilities include 40 stores, including popular stores from all over the country as well as food and merchandise stores, and serve as a place for citizens to relax on a daily basis, providing a variety of services such as fashion, sports, gourmet food, communication, and refreshment. . We are creating new value for the park and disseminating various information as a new symbol of Nagoya.
　南北約1kmにわたる公園を整備・改修するとともに24棟の店舗施設を設置し、公園とあわせて運営・維持管理を行うPark-PFI制度を用いた、日本最大級のプロジェクト。店舗施設は、全国の人気店をはじめ、飲食・物販あわせて40店舗が出店し、市民の日常的な憩いの場としての役割から、ファッション、スポーツ、グルメ、コミュニケーション、リフレッシュなど多彩なサービスを提供。公園の新しい価値を創造し、名古屋の新しいシンボルとして様々な情報発信を行っている。
