There is no doubt that Japan is one of the most trustworthy and reliable allies of the Philippines. Both nations share a common threat, facing similar security situations ranging from Chinese aggression in their respective maritime domains to Beijing’s infiltration into their institutions and domestic politics. It’s only logical for Tokyo and Manila to strengthen their partnership.

Better if you give it to your citizens instead. The Philippines do not deserve your kindness. Our coast guard and navy couldn't even defend our soverienghty all they do is press con and radio challenge they can't even fight back with water cannons. Our leaders are rubbish, corruption is every where and we don't trust them with the assistance you provide. Decades have passed but the Philippines is always the same, no growth, corruption and poverty is every where. Your citizens deserves the benifit of their hardearned tax not the Philiipines. Prioritize the Japanese people first for sure there are people there who really needs help and deserves help.
