Wwwwwwwwwww when you were eating the the nato, I don't like it either. Also you wouldn't say sumimasen wwwwwww just say gomenasai. Sumimasen is like "excuse me" it's something you say when you bump into someone or need to get attention so someone can help you. It basically something you say when you are Minorly inconveniencing someone. You don't say it to apologize. Wwwwwwwww

@@Kozenshi You're half correct! Sumimasen is certainly used for the things you said, but it is also the most common phrase for apologizing (in the polite but lighter & everyday form). Gomensai is used more for close friends. Because I am addressing the audience (or perhaps the chef, haha)- sumimasen was my chosen word. (I also just prefer to speak polite form in japanese, and it helps watchers learn polite form).

I hate blue cheese but I love natto. I know it’s cause I grew up with it cause I’m half. As a kid I think was favorite food. The Disney store is so cute definitely on my list of places to go in Japan

That's pretty cool :D I guess natto has a very different texture to blue cheese, so maybe it's the texture-flavour combination you like too. Also natto is less tangy or strong.

すごい です！What are your favourite parts of Shibuya? ^^ Shibuya felt how I expected Ginza to feel- very classy, with lots of fashionable people (everyone looked like models??? You can see as I cross the crossing in my video right???) I found the crowds and brand culture a bit intimidating (we also both got stopped for nanpa LOL), but it was truly an amazing bubble in Tokyo. The LOOK of it was stunning enough!!

There are a few Genki Sushi branches in Japan, so even if you don't get to see it in Tokyo there are others! It's SUPER CRAZY CHEAP (at least with my yen-to-£ GBP exchange rate). Like, I think I only spent £4 there, after all the things I ordered + drink.

The Disney stores in Tokyo are fantastic because unlike other countries, they are aimed at selling stuff to adults instead of children! (although of course, there is still a children's section- like the Toy Story room in this video). Adults go crazy for Disney in Japan, and loads of them get annual passes to Tokyo Disneyland!! I usually like to peek in any Disney store I pass here in the UK, but the selection of things for my age is only starting to increase now; it never used to really cater to grown-ups. But now they are slowly understanding- so keep checking when you can. :D

Most of the ones in Tokyo (or other Japanese cities) are too small to humanely keep the animals, and are more concerned with promoting cuteness rather than making sure they are happy and healthy. A lot of the animals are euthanized once they get older (not even elderly), when not considered "cute" or perky enough to play with anymore. Rabbit cafés always keep their rabbits in tiiiiiiiiiny cages where they can barely move or stretch up, when they are not "chosen" to be played with by customers. They may get time to hop around but rabbits should never be kept to live in that kind of condition for any length of time. I notice in most rabbit café videos, their paws are yellowed from standing in their own urine, and a lot of them are digging in frustration. Thet are rarely ever given anything to safely hide away in to get peace from customers, which is one of the top things a rabbit requires to be humanely kept. The owl café is known to be one of the cruelest animal cafés in Japan. Cat cafés are often the more humane exception, and you get plenty of humane ones in other countries (including here in Scotland)- but a lot of the ones in Japan fall under the same poor conditions.

On the bright side, Japan is filled with amazing animals in every passing. Even in the heart of Tokyo, I saw SO MANY happy dogs!! Stray cats that are known as "neighbourhood cats" are common in the cities, too.
