is it easy to take a taxi from narita town to the hotels near the airport at night ? I might do that walk but might need to take the taxi as the shuttle may not be available on the way back to the hotel beyond 8pm

Can one walk there from Narita airport?

It’s possible but not typically recommended. The airport is about 7-10 kilometers (around 4-6 miles) from central Narita, so walking might take over an hour. Most people opt for a train ride, it takes only 10 min to reach the Narita city.
