This time I have traveled on the MOL ferry.
The food at the restaurant on board was very good.
Prices are at time of shooting.

these types of videos of people exploring places without talking and just subtitles relaxes me to the point of sleepiness because they’re too good, you are one of the most underrated channels on this platform rn

I know, I've commented already. I live in the Niagara Region and the Welland canal runs by me. There are a few lift locks and I get to see massive boats gliding by and am always impressed by the boat's Pilot. I lived in another town close by and would watch the ships dock and take in supplies. It always amazed me by the way they'd glide into the dry dock.

This is so relaxing. I'd need a private room with it's own washroom though because I get desperately seasick. Last time I was in a ferry was only for 4 hours and oh boy, was I ever sick. Hokkaido is somewhere I've wanted to go, especially for the fresh seafood like you mentioned. Plus it's so scenic. I watched a video a long time ago that was taken on a Japanese ferry and a fight broke out in the dining area, shocking everyone. I believe the man had been drinking sochu or sake. I wish I could remember who posted it. It was quite the scandal.

I often get seasick, but a big boat like this one hardly shakes, so I was able to sleep so well that I forgot I was on the sea.

This is why Japan is one of the best place to visit! I can't probably survive as a worker in Japan. You can see how clean, and how well they keep their facilities and such in excellent condition.

I think the same way, i wonder if about pride and appreciation in what they do. Am unexpectedly visiting in August and am seriously wondering whether to ask those cleaning how they do it so well. 😊

I’m surprised an 18-hour ferry ride only costs $20! An 18-hour train ride in the US costs more than $200 and the train is not so clean and nice.

This one looked really great! The "cooler" lockers are a genius idea. U can put drinks n things from the vending machines or food u bring yourself in there to keep cool. This ferry seemed like it had the most amenities out of the other few ive watched so far. Even the little capsule was cozy with everything you need! Do u ever get lonely traveling by yourself?

Great trip. I'm curious, is this ferry actually started its journey from Tokyo or started from somewhere with Tokyo as intermediate stop? Overall nice cabin even though it's small, nice ship, and nice food.
