a week in japan! everything i did and ate in tokyo. ahhhh i had so much fun traveling to japan for the first time🙈 while there wasnt enough time to do everything on my bucket list, i still managed to get around to most of the places i wanted to go to. had lots of fun sight seeing and being a tourist and of course ate my heart out. i have every place i visited written down below (all in order) if you ever need an itinerary list for your japan trip! had so much fun and i hope to back one day!

ahh!!! what a hard question!! hmmm i loved kirimugiya jinroku (the udon place i went to on day 2) their tempura was definitely the best tempura i’ve ever tried!! tonkatsu suzuki was also great as i loved seeing the process of them frying the katsu right in front of you as they served it! i highly recommend going to shinjujku - i thought it was beautiful and lots of shopping and places to eat at! i don’t have more specific places, but do wish i had more time to explore each place like walking around ginza, shibuya, and shinjuku more! i would definitely of loved to try ichiran which is quite basic but would’ve loved to go at least once! also would’ve loved to visit the actual “truffle” bakery as opposed to the mini location i went to in tokyo station. i hope to be back soon to be able to share more places :)

thank you so much🫶🏻 don’t be scared!! i did plan out my trip pretty well so i knew exactly where i was heading - also use google maps! i used google maps for everything and never got lost. while communication can be tough, everyone is so kind and willing to help! the only time i needed to communicate with anyone was at like the train stations and i found most of the people spoke a tiny bit of english :) i would say to feel more confident about your travels just have a general plan of what you’re doing/where you’re going and just know basic japanese (like hello, thank you, sorry) those were my most frequent words used in japan😭 but most people are always willing to help! download apps for translations and directions! don’t be scared and i hope you have a great trip :)
