I take a winter day trip from Osaka (Universal Studios Japan) to the Tottori Sand Dunes in January using the Kansai WIDE Area Excursion Pass (3-day pass). It's my first time seeing the Sand Dunes and I'm excited to show you how to get to the Tottori Sand Dunes, region-specific Pokemon & Starbucks Merchandise, and me almost losing everything in the wind.

Great to see this different kind of content in addition to the parks. It's especially nice to see less well known parts of Japan!

Thank you for watching, Brian! TDR still doesn't have annual passes, so I'm not going as much as I would like. I also want to show other parts of Japan cause there's much more than the wonderful theme parks!

What can I say, I'm a man of many talents, haha. I had a TON more footage but the wind blew out the audio for most of it so I had to get creative with the edits, I think it worked out alright! Thank you for watching!

This is fantastic. The view is beautiful, I bet it's spectacular during summer. It's very clever how the area has utilised Pokemon to promote themselves. Wonderful new content. If you can help the economy by going to different places, we won't mind at all.

What did you think of chip and Dale rescue rangers trailer? Just watched it and immediately came to this channel knowing they are your fav characters. I just don't like the voices very much. Even though I usually enjoy John and Andy's works but their voices are too recognizable and I hope they're not trying to rebrand their characters. I hope they can use a higher voice in the Japanese version similar to the classic cartoons. Although the joke seems great, referencing some history of animation (Especially going back to somewhat 2D animation!) and especially love that Roger Rabbit is shown in the trailer being my fav Disney character! (really wish he would come back to TDL) I never grew up with the original Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers since Disney Channel in the country I lived in at the time didn't show it for some reason but I hope this movie does well.

Spent two weeks in Tottori during a university exchange in 2014 and really loved how laid back and friendly the people were! Was the camel at the sanddunes when you went, or was it too cold? You might also like Sakaiminato ( which is near Tottori city and famous for it's crabs in Winter), where they have the GeGeGe no Kintaroo street and you can go up and down the street and collect all the monster stamps and eat lots of souvenir yokai food. And Tottori is also famous for pears in the warmer weather. Wonderful to see different parts of Japan - thanks Chris!
