What a game from Tugba, just wow. So unfair that she wasn't selected for the Olympic roster; Santarelli made a huge mistake considering that Türkiye placed 4th in the Olympics and couldn't win a medal with so many injured players and Ebrar, Hande, and Ilkin playing very, very badly on the court.

I am not sure 🤔 you are aware of the fact that Ebrar, Hande and Ilkin you mentioned are also part of the injured players but despite that they tried to support Vargas who carried the team throughout the Olympics. Especially Hande if not for her defensive skills in the Olympics, Vargas wouldn’t have done that alone by being the attacking machine. So before you say anything, know your facts well so it wouldn’t be defined as an assumption.

@@davidmerah2288 Hande is always a bad player, she is a 1,90m libero who is always a burden to her club team and the national team. IF THESE PLAYERS WERE FINALLY CHOSEN FOR THE FINAL ROSTER, then it means they are ready to play. The medical and technical team would not have chosen them if they were not able to play. Ebrar was not injured by the way, she was healthy but lazy and undisciplined to prepare fully for the Olympics, again the same after the Tokyo Olimypics 2020 where she was also terrible. Türkiye achieved to beat the Netherlands and China thanks to Meliha and Derya who were originally not even in the roster (the Federation manager told yesterday that they even considered sending Derya home instead of Tugba or Ilkin. LOL, they would have eliminated themselves in the group phase with such a bad decision).
