the wind blowing the hair, the string break, the lyric changes, the HD, the unmatched energy. two songs flowing into one another, the passion.....one of my fav live performances on youtube that I return to often

It's a mystery to people why some like some music. I like this band. It makes sense to me, and i'm grateful they play.

Ty KEXP for making Japandroids sound so awesome! And that's just an amazing performance by Japandroids. How great can a drummer and guitarist/singer be?
@filszaf13 жыл бұрын
wow... sings his brains out, tears through a string, gives huge props to the crowd (who may not have even been super into them), then super chill and ready to watch the rest of the set amongst the crowd.. how fucking cool is that?!

Intense. Seattle might remember (Dave's couch?). ROCK ON. Very positive vibrations there. I was more afraid of him loosing his head then a guitar string..

HEY! Quick question. The quality of this video is superb. Was this filmed with a 70-200mm f 2.8 L lens? The aperture really isolates the subjects, leads to a great result.

I honestly do agree that they would benefit from a bassist, but as it is they sound pretty damn awesome. It's amazing that a two-man band can produce such a huge sound.

You can hear the two guitar sounds Balto92 is talking about in the very end of this video. Too bad they didn't appear on this video, I've always thought the use of two guitar amps in a band with no bass player was brilliant.
