Bill Gould, definitely my favorite champion. From second "worst" contender, to qualify 6th in his first lap during the heat series. Then took the lead in his group, and even then started off as the second less voted racer just behind Josh. While never particularly aknowledged for his speed, his fantastic handling and reflexes more than made up for it, while faster cars flew out of tracks, Bill (in direct contrast to his fellow Skyline driver and the fastest car on the competition) kept going for a safe and slow approach, using his Skyline's engine to its fullest, and it completely paid off. Guitarded and Broke are definitely lucky to have Bill, to think such a prodigy was two racers away from not qualifying into the main event
