I believe you are referring to Kyary Pamyu Pamyu a popular and eccentric jpop singer and fashion icon whose infectious single 'PonPonPon' rocketed her to fame. She does mostly kawaii electro pop and has a very large fanbase both in and outside Japan :P

the one with Maeda staring into the sunset (sunrise?) is for a company that helps people find find new occupatations. The little bit of text says "become the new you". So I assume Maeda is looking pensively into the future? Heiwa's a pachinko/slots company - tagline is something like "Have a more enjoyable future" - so if all four spinners in a slot machine match (a row of people have the same outfit), you win! Yay gambling... "please enjoy pachinko/slots in moderation".
