It's a short commercial set-up story for a campaign thing of the Softbank phone company, using their long-lasting commercial series of a family with a dog as the "dad", as far as I found out. The set-up (already ended) follows with the performances of former-AKB48 member Atsuko Maeda and the popular J-Rock (not sure) band Golden Bomber (Which BTW: their hit song from 2009 appears in the WiiU karaoke CM @3:57)

PS Vita is 200 dollars in Japan, and yet costs 250 at Walmart in America? i see how they do it, they over price their games, but not their systems? xD and don't say that they don't, look up Shuffle!, that Visual Novel is old but still costs 9480 yen, which is basically 95 dollars, for a VN... it's amazing that a digital picture book with sound can be worth more than Guitar Hero :p and when i first looked up Clannad's VN, it was 240 dollars on Amazon, geez... not as much now though
