英語のスラングだと不快な表現になります。 「沼にはまるように一度食べたら抜け出せなくなる程美味い」という意味を表現したかったのですが、 それを英語で細かく訳すのは難しいです。 英語でも分かりやすく簡略に表現するために「so delicious」を選んだのですが、少し堅苦しい表現のようなので 「This food tastes so good!」の方がネイティブ的で良かったなと後で思いました。

Yes, yes it is. It's part of an ongoing series of commercials that Mr. Jones has done for the Boss Coffee company since 2006. There is a bit of an ongoing story with them, Mr.Jones playing the character of "Alien Jones" as the character adjusts to different, random elements of Japanese life. It plays on the fact that Tommy has quite the stone face, get's rather funny about it since they keep getting more and more wacky about "Alien Jones", what the character is capable of ("Alien Jones" is quite strong and fast) and what the character is doing.

@@dewoiski Yeah, as much as I like Japanese commercials.... I have grown into quite the fan of "Alien Jones" skits. There are other actors that do this, their is this wild one with Bruce Wills for a gas company, has to be seen to be believed. Harrison Ford (which makes sense, Star Wars is VERY popular in Japan) is another, to name a few.
