質問ありがとうございます😊 「〜がたい」とは「～するのが難しい」という意味です。
しかし、「能力的にできない」ということには使わないので注意しましょう。 The term "~gatai" means "it is difficult to do."
Note, however, that it is not used for "incapable of doing so due to ability.
