What I love about these videos besides the obvious: sumptuous food being made; is how there is many people working on different tasks and everyone seems to have the time to do a nice job.. in the US there would be one overworked individual making everything start to finish.

Japan actually takes recycling alot more seriously than you think, have you ever seen what they have to do to separate their waste?
@barbn.52494 жыл бұрын
@@Weridddd recycling is great, but avoiding waste is much much much better. We here in Germany do also separate our waste like crazy, but we have the highest amount of packaging waste in all of Europe. The use of non decomposing plastics is bad.
@Weridddd4 жыл бұрын
@@barbn.5249 that's true but it's still better than just throwing it in the trash like America does. Until we get to the point of being able to have more cost efficient, environment friendly packaging, people will unfortunately have to stick to the cheaper. From what I have seen, bio degradable packaged items cost much more so people are unable to purchase them all the time. Hopefully one day we can get to that point where everything can be environment friendly.

A lot of sandwiches in Japan come without crust. It takes away from the visual aesthetic and texture of the bread. The texture is a major component as to why crust is cut off. I guess its a bit of a cultural thing. I personally do not like crust because of the texture, so I much prefer them that way
