Thank you for watching and commenting. We stayed at this hotel on October 28th. The scenery from the window is very beautiful, so any season is good, but I think the best time is the autumn leaves season. The best time to see the autumn leaves at Jozankei Onsen is from early October to mid-October, so that time may be better.

炊き込み、ご飯はお代わり出来ないのですか？バイキングの料理とかは、お代わり出来るでしょう⁉️ビーフは、大きいから半分でいいですね。料理が、良くなかったら、お客様は、来ませんでしょう😁福岡の旦那より。

I don't recommend this hotel. The service was hell. The hotel bus from Sapporo station stops service after 4pm. You have to take expensive Taxi or super crowded public bus. The hotel does not provide bus to sapporo station!!! When we inquired one day before check out, the staff did not tell us that there is a public rapid bus and you need to book one day in advance, otherwise everyone just refused you to be on board even though the bus was empty. Really like you were meeting a bunch of cold-blooded robots.

As you say, the service wasn't very good. I think the room and view were good. All hotels at Jozankei Onsen have a free shuttle bus, but all hotels require reservations the day before, and buses depart from Sapporo Station by around 2:30 p.m., so they are not available for late arrivals.Public buses are so crowded that you don't want to use them.
